We fulfill all web orders out of our Texas retail stores. Once shipping has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email with tracking information.

 

For Standard Ground shipping, we use USPS, UPS SurePost or UPS Ground.
Currently, Standard Ground is $10.00.

 

Shipping to a P.O. Box?
No worries, we use USPS or UPS Surepost for those.
Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses via UPS Ground.

 

Please keep in mind, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, may adversely affect these estimates.

 

UPS DOES NOT PICK UP OR DELIVER ON:

   • Memorial Day

   • Independence Day

   • Labor Day

   • Thanksgiving Day

   • Christmas Day

   • Any shipping labels created on Saturday and Sunday will be picked up by the carrier the next business day.
   • Whole Earth is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
   • We do not ship to commercial re-sellers or international freight forwarders.
   • We reserve the right to limit quantities.
   • At this time we do not offer an Express shipping option.
   • At this time we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
